At Kraatz Engineering we understand the value and importance of a thorough training and development program. Through our training and development we ensure that our employees and interns are able to address their shortcomings, increase productivity and performance, become more consistent in delivering on health, safety, and quality standards, become more innovative, and most importantly, feel more valued.


Our development programs not only enhances our brand and our bottom-line, but boosts employee morale and job satisfaction, leading to a more motivated workforce.




 
These students are mentored and coached by Master craftsmen that possess a wealth of experience in the engineering sector, both locally and internationally. 2021 is our 10th year of the internship program and we are very happy with the progress and results it has shown.

NIMT Internship Program

  • Kraatz internship program grooms the students in preparation for the working environment by further developing their knowledge and skills.

  • Interns gain exposure to the mining, oil and gas, maritime, fishing, general industrial, chemical, and petro-chemical sectors.

  • Generally, NIMT students taken on by Kraatz specialize in Boiler-making, Welding, and Fitting & Turning.
